The Collins Center for Public Policy has published a guide relating to constitution revision process. The guide is published on the Steering Committee's homepage or is available from the Collins Center at 904/ 644-1441.

The Constitution Revision Commission Steering
Committee has taken advantage of the information superhighway and has launched
a homepage on the INTERNET. In keeping with the Steering Committee's commitment
to public education, the homepage was placed on line on September 21, 1996,
and it is now available to over 30 million persons worldwide.
The homepage contains a schedule of future meetings, copies of agendas, minutes of prior meetings, a list of committee members, Steering Committee proposals, and any and all material generated by the Steering Committee. In essence, it is an electronic bulletin board containing all the necessary information relating to the Steering Committee.
