       recommended the following:
       
    1         CRC Amendment to Amendment (403400) 
    2  
    3         Delete line 18
    4  and insert:
    5         (3) A member of the legislature may not be employed by any
    6  entity that lobbies any branch of state government while in
    7  office and for a period of ten years following vacation of
    8  office.
