    1         CRC Amendment to Amendment (109314) (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 18 - 20
    4  and insert:
    5         the preceding five ten years, a member of the bar of
    6  Florida.

    9  And the title is amended as follows:
   10         Delete lines 52 - 54
   11  and insert:
   12         years membership in The Florida Bar, in order to be
   13         eligible to serve in the office of circuit judge or
   14         preside on the circuit bench.
