       The Committee on Executive (Thurlow-Lippisch) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         CRC Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 46
    4  and insert:
    5         matters relating to air and water pollution. For purposes
    6  of this section: "habitat" means lands where animals find air,
    7  water, food, shelter, space, establish territories, and may
    8  procreate, thus engendering future generations of species; and
    9  "wildlife corridor" means an area allowing for the connection of
   10  wildlife populations and their habitats that have been isolated
   11  or cut off by human activities and/or construction.
