       Commissioner Plymale moved the following:
       
    1         CRC Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 18 - 28
    4  and insert:
    5         nursing homes, or intermediate care facilities for
    6  individuals with intellectual disabilities, or services provided
    7  by these facilities, through the granting of certificates of
    8  need.
    9         (b) Upon the effective date of this section, laws that
   10  relate to certificate of need approval for the number of
   11  hospitals, nursing homes, or intermediate care facilities for
   12  individuals with intellectual disabilities, or services provided
   13  by these facilities are void and of no effect. However, laws
   14  that restrict or limit the ownership or licensure of hospitals,
   15  nursing homes, or intermediate care
