       Commissioner Plymale moved the following:
       
    1         CRC Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 18 - 28
    4  and insert:
    5         hospices, or intermediate care facilities for individuals
    6  with intellectual disabilities, or services provided by these
    7  facilities, through the granting of certificates of need.
    8         (b) Upon the effective date of this section, laws that
    9  relate to certificate of need approval for the number of
   10  hospitals, hospices, or intermediate care facilities for
   11  individuals with intellectual disabilities, or services provided
   12  by these facilities are void and of no effect. However, laws
   13  that restrict or limit the ownership or licensure of hospitals,
   14  hospices, or intermediate care
