    2         Articles II, X, XI, and XII of the State Constitution
    3         to make technical changes, repeal outdated and
    4         obsolete provisions, and modernize the language of
    5         those articles.

    7  Be It Proposed by the Constitution Revision Commission of
    8  Florida:

   10         The Constitution Revision Commission intends to revise
   11  provisions in Articles II, X, XI, and XII which relate to
   12  general provisions.
