       Commissioner Lee moved the following:
       
    1         CRC Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 64
    4  and insert:
    5         (f) For purposes of this section, the terms “nursing home”
    6  and “assisted living facility” include any nursing home
    7  facility, assisted living facility, adult family-care home,
    8  board and care facility, continuing care facility, or any other
    9  similar residential adult care facility.
   10         (g) This section is self-executing and does not require any
