    1         CRC Amendment to Substitute Amendment (121448) 
    2  
    3         After line 73
    4  insert:
    5         (d) For purposes of this section, the terms “nursing home”
    6  and “assisted living facility” include any nursing home
    7  facility, assisted living facility, adult family-care home,
    8  board and care facility, continuing care facility, or any other
    9  similar residential adult care facility.
