       Commissioner Donalds moved the following:
       
    1         CRC Amendment to Amendment (264476) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 35 - 39
    4  and insert:
    5  granted innovation district status shall be eligible for
    6  flexibility from provisions of Florida law in the same manner as
    7  other public schools designated by Florida law. The district
    8  school board shall indicate what flexibility from provisions of
    9  Florida law it seeks to obtain.
