    1         CRC Amendment to Amendment (350914)

    3         Delete lines 49 - 53
    4  and insert:
    5         (6) The right to have the state attorney or his or her
    6  designee present during any interview, deposition, or other
    7  discovery requested by the defense or anyone acting on behalf of
    8  the defendant, for which the victim’s attendance and
    9  participation is mandatory, to ensure the victim is not
   10  intimidated, harassed or embarrassed during such discovery.
