       Commissioner Lee moved the following:
       
    1         CRC Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 39 - 44
    4  and insert:
    5         (e) ADJOURNMENT. Neither house shall adjourn for more than
    6  seventy-two consecutive hours without the consent of the other
    7  house except pursuant to agreement by concurrent resolution.
    8  Adjournment sine die of both houses shall take place
    9  concurrently pursuant to agreement by concurrent resolution.
   10         (f) ADJOURNMENT BY GOVERNOR. If, during any regular or
   11  special session, the two houses cannot agree upon a time for
   12  adjournment sine die, the governor may adjourn the session sine
   13  die or to

   17         Delete line 5
   18  and insert:
   19         in January of each even-numbered year and to modify
   20         requirements governing adjournment of the Legislature.
