       Commissioner Gainey moved the following:
       
       
    1         CRC Amendment 
    2  
    3         Between lines 139 and 140
    4  insert:
    5         (d) An eligible first responder must have been working for
    6  the State of Florida or any of its political subdivisions or
    7  agencies at the time of death. An eligible military member must
    8  have been a resident of this state or his or her duty post must
    9  have been within the State of Florida at the time of death.
