       Commissioner Martinez moved the following:
       
    1         CRC Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 251 - 254
    4  and insert:
    5         duties of county officers, shall take effect January 3,
    6  2023, but shall govern with respect to the qualifying for and
    7  the holding of the primary and general elections for county
    8  constitutional officers in 2022.
