       Commissioner Coxe moved the following:
       
    1         CRC Amendment 
    2  
    3         In ballot statement, delete lines 40 - 46
    4  and insert:
    5         PRIMARY ELECTIONS.—The amendment provides that all voters,
    6  regardless of party affiliation, may vote in a partisan primary
    7  election if winner of the primary election will face no
    8  opposition or only opposition from a write-in candidate(s) in
    9  the general election.
