       Commissioner Heuchan moved the following:
       
       
    1         CRC Amendment 
    2  
    3         In ballot statement, delete lines 36 - 40
    4  and insert:
    5         RESTRICTIONS ON NAMING OF GOVERNMENT PROGRAMS AND
    6  PROPERTY.—Prohibits governmental programs and government-owned
    7  facilities and land from being named for an elected state or
    8  local official if the official is a sitting member of the body
    9  voting on the name of the project; prohibits a naming law or
   10  ordinance from containing any other subject.
