       The Committee on Executive (Thurlow-Lippisch) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         CRC Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 20 - 26
    4  and insert:
    5         powers of the state with respect to wild animal life and
    6  fresh water aquatic life, and shall also exercise regulatory and
    7  executive powers of the state with respect to marine life,
    8  except that all license fees for taking wild animal life, fresh
    9  water aquatic life, and marine life and penalties for violating
   10  regulations of the commission shall be prescribed by general
   11  law. The commission shall promote habitat linkages between
   12  conservation lands and
   13

   17  and insert:
