       The Committee on General Provisions (Heuchan) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         CRC Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 32 - 45
    4  and insert:
    5         a) The failure to conduct live greyhound racing after
    6  December 31, 2019, does not constitute grounds to revoke or deny
    7  other gaming licenses to a person that is a greyhound
    8  permitholder on November 6, 2018.
    9         (b) The prohibition on wagering on the outcome of a dog
   10  race shall take effect December 31, 2019.
