    2  amendment)

    4         Delete line 159
    5  and insert:
    6         county charter adopted after December 31, 1957, may not
    7  abolish the office of a sheriff, a tax
    8

   10  And the ballot statement is amended as follows:
   11         Delete line 276
   12  and insert:
   13         term, transfer duties, or eliminate election of these
   14  offices; exempts Miami-Dade.
