       Commissioner Beruff moved the following:
       
    1         CRC Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 40 - 48
    4  and insert:
    5         person or entity for compensation before the legislature or
    6  any state government body or agency, other than judicial
    7  tribunals, of which the individual was an officer or member for
    8  a period of six two years following vacation of office. A No
    9  member of the legislature or a statewide elected officer may not
   10  shall personally represent another person or entity for
   11  compensation during term of office before any federal agency;
   12  the legislature; any state government body or agency, other than
   13  judicial tribunals; or any political subdivision of the state.
