       Commissioner Bondi moved the following:
       
    1         CRC Amendment 
    2  
    3         In ballot statement, delete lines 52 - 56
    4  and insert:
    5         ENDS DOG RACING.—Phases out commercial dog racing in
    6  connection with wagering by 2020. Other gaming activities are
    7  not affected.
