Every natural person has the right to be let alone and free from governmental intrusion into the person's private life except as otherwise provided herein. This section shall not be construed to limit the public's right of access to public records and meetings as provided by law.

Every natural person, citizen of the sovereign state of Florida has the right to be let along and free from having to answer questions that are intrusive, private to that one, and sensitive. No one from any hospital, doctor's office or any medical facility, etc. can ask one sensitive, intrusive questions about one's mental state, emotional state, or tendencies or desires, etc. as a preadmission to being treated or seen for something totally unrelated.

Hospitals, Doctors offices, etc. are now asking very intrusive and sensitive inapporpriate questions to their patients. Questions like, 1. Do you have suicidal thoughts and tendencies, 2. Have you ever wanted to harm yourself, 3. Do you feel like their is no more reason for living, 4. Do you have the desire or want to kill someone, and others questions like these. And if you don't answer the questions or answer in a way they don't like they will have you escorted out and will not treat you. This is WRONG... No one has the right to ask someone these types of questions.. Right to Privacy means just that, my right to my pricacy of personal information...
