Any person, association, copartnership, or corporation who shall directly or indirectly offer, give or promise any money or thing of value, testimonial, privilege or personal advantage, to any executive, judicial officer, member of the legislature, all elected constitutional officers and candidates for such offices and, as may be determined by law, other public officers, candidates, and employees, to influence him in the performance of any of his official duties shall be deemed guilty of bribery, and be punished in such manner as shall be provided by law.
