Destination casino resorts (a la Mississippi or Nevada) will be legal to operate in any county in Florida where the peoples thereof have so voted by referendum with a 51% majority approving said operation of destination casino within their county boundary.  Upon approval,the Florida Legislature will take action to insure that this resolution becomes law at the next regularly scheduled Legislative session and that a vote by the counties will take effect not later than 180 days after passing of this resolution to insure compliance with the will of the people.
