ARTICLE IV: EXECUTIVE, Section 2. Lieutenant governor.
SECTION 2.Lieutenant governor.
There shall be an elected lieutenant governor, who shall perform such duties pertaining to the office of governor as shall be assigned by the governor, except when otherwise provided by law, and such other duties as may be prescribed by law.
(a) The Lieutenant Governor shall be a Conservator of the Peace.
(b) The Lieutenant Governor shall serve on the Judicial Nomination Commission.
(c) The Lieutenant Governor shall serve on the Constitution Revision Commission.
