The proceeds from the tolls of the highways and bridges within the State of Florida shall be allocated and distributed as follows:

(1) ninety-two percent (92%) shall be deposited into the State Transportation Trust Fund;

(2) two percent (2%) shall be deposited into the Florida Retirement System Pension Fund;

(3) two percent (2%) shall be deposited into the State School Fund;

(4) two percent (2%) shall be deposited into the Everglades Trust Fund; and

(5) two percent (2%) shall be deposited into the Land Acquisition Trust Fund.
