ARTICLE I: DECLARATION OF RIGHTS, Section 10. Prohibited laws.

SECTION 10.Prohibited laws.

No bill of attainder, ex post facto law or law impairing the obligation of contracts shall be passed.In no instance may the real or personal property, or financial assets of any person or persons be siezed based on suspicion of unlawful activity and without formal charges and arrest being made. It is further prohibited to any officer of the state of Florida, state,county,city or local law enforcment agency or its personnel, officers of the court or state of Florida employee to assist the federal government or any of its agencies in the siezure of real and/or personal property including cash and/or financial assets of anyone in the state of Florida based only on suspicion and without formal charges or arrest being made.
