ARTICLE III: LEGISLATURE, Section 13. Term of office.

SECTION 13.Term of office.

No office shall be created the term of which shall exceed four years except as provided herein. Any member of the Florida legislature may be subject to recall provided a petition demanding said recall contains no less than 50,000 verified signatures of that districts registered voters. Recalling of legislators shall require a special election to be set by the governor within 30 days. Recall of a legislator may be enacted for both criminal and civil violations as well as constituent dissatisfaction with job performance in representing the will of the electorate.
