Catchline: Candidates May Submit Proposals for Legislative Sessions That They May Be a Legislator.

All legislature candidates shall have the opportunity to submit bill proposals for their next legilsative session before elected.

This will let voters know what legislation candidates on their ballots will bring to commities and the floor for votes.
